By accessing or using hairselector.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Using HairSelector
HairSelector provides hairstyle discovery, face-shape tools, selectors and AI-assisted virtual try-on features. Results are informational and visual previews, not professional hair, medical or cosmetic advice.
2. Your photos and content
You must have the right to upload any photo or content you submit. Do not upload another person's image without appropriate permission, or use the service to impersonate, deceive, harass or violate another person's rights.
3. AI-generated results
AI previews can be inaccurate and may differ from real-world results. Hair color, haircut, texture, facial appearance and other details may vary because of lighting, image quality, model limitations and the work of your stylist.
4. Accounts and security
Where an account is available, you are responsible for maintaining access to it and for activity performed through your account. Notify us through the Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid features, prices and included usage are shown before purchase. Any eligible refund is handled according to our Refund Policy. Fees charged by third-party payment providers may be subject to their own terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not abuse, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use HairSelector in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
7. Intellectual property
HairSelector's site design, branding, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you already hold in photos and other content you submit.
8. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, introduce limits, or update pricing as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HairSelector is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
